I got my SKII a few months ago, a few days before the week long outage. I think this thing is pretty cool because I can carry it with me everywhere I go and still email and sometimes call my friends; browse the web, and instant message using AIM. I'm using the data only plan, by the way. I believe I have to pay 20 cents for every minute using the phone which isn't bad considering I don't use it much.

I'm T-Mobile Sidekick user and I got SK2 too! I got a lot problem with dots of the signal. I hope the company will improve the connection and stop the outrages.

Did you try contacting T-Mobile about your SK's signal problem? If so, what did they say?

They restore my network but it had happened often on my sk.

Hopefully the new OTA 2.3 will fix the radio firmware... There will be some neat add-ons to the SK such as Javascript support, see buddy icons in AIM, change the default keyguard screen to any picture in your photo gallery and many more! About time!
