Do you have the Sidekick 3 ?
If so, how do you like it compared to the Sidekick 2?
Personally I don't have it but some of my friends do. I've seen it and think it looks slick, but from what I've read on the web its battery life is shorter than that of the SK2. True or false? |

I have my sk2 but I don't like it at all like I used to be so I am thinking of getting blackberry or others out there.

Yes, I do Have SK3 here but from what I compare between SK2 and SK3 is....SK2 is much better than SK3 becuz Of the Battery life is shorter than SK2 and also keeps My SK3 signals cut off ups and downs...which means the signal can be easily goes into X where My SK3 isn't in electricial (phone line) area( nearby).....sometimes I go out and it works , but within 10 or 25 ft it doesn't work.....I guess, ya know what I mean?!
SK3 is pretty Ok to me but have to get used to it anyway..lol Alex , I believe BlackBerry is much faster on Internet than Sk's , ya know that? Do They have JavaScript on your BlackBerry? |

Betty Boop, thanks for sharing your experience. You're not the first to mention a low battery life for the SK3.
My BlackBerry 8700g has EDGE connection, and if I'm not mistaken, the SK3 also uses EDGE. So the Internet speed is pretty much the same for both the Sidekick and BlackBerry. And, yes, the BlackBerry supports javascript. |
