Cingular "Rollover" minutes

When I signed up for rollover minutes, I was told I can always keep the minutes I roll over and change plans. This enticed me, and I'm sure many others, to opt for the higher of two plans I was considering. I soon scaled down my plan one level and sure enough was able to keep my rollover minutes. However, a couple of months ago I attempted to do this again and found they changed their policy, and if I go to a lower plan, I LOSE my rolled over minutes. I felt somewhat cheated by this! As it turns out, I was already on the lowest plan in terms of minutes so I wouldn't have been able to scale down anyway... but the point that they changed their policy is still pretty disturbing.

Other than that one point, I'm extremely happy with Cingular.
